I have deleted my account twice. However, it is obviously still here and I still receive messages from users in the email I used to sign up with. Why is my account not deleted and still accessible to other members? Thanks.

It may be that you're still logged on? Try logging off and staying off for a week or so.

delete your account. log off, go away for at least a couple weeks, do not visit it or touch it, until it flushes all the servers, you sign on a deleted account with such and such a time, it stays visible.

Thank you both, I will delete my account a third time, log off (if that is, indeed, an option after my account has been deleted) and wait two weeks before logging in again if need be to further inquire why my account is still active.

Okay, I am thoroughly confused now. Upon entering the home page, it is asking me to log in... yet I did not log in to begin with, and here I am, posting in this forum under my username.

My photo is fake and I have no real interest in being here. Maybe that will speed the process along.

You are posting on collarchat.com, which uses a different database than collarme.com. Try logging out from both sites, clear your cookies and cache, and stay away for at least a week.

Log off, and stay off the site. It's the only way it's going to work.

Before you log off and delete, I might suggest changing your preferences in your account to NOT notify you whenever you have a new message. It might help you not log back in if you're not constantly reminded of it.

Oh, and on a helpful note to avoid random interim messages I recommend hiding the profile first and then deleting it.
