Hi everyone, I've been on this site for a long time, and have not been very interactive with it (or the life style). I think it's about time I'd jump in and say "hi!" Have a great Friday everyone.

Welcome to CM and the forums, this side is where discussions take place. I have a few suggestions that may help you in your search. My suggestions would be.... 1- Your profile is lacking a little. Make your profile one that the Domme's will want to read as well as subs. Tell them more on what your likes are in the vanilla world your enjoyments other than sex. But do not make an all about me profile or all about your D/s likes and dislikes. Maybe read a few other subs profiles and see how they have wrote theirs and maybe take some ideas to use in yours. 2- Head down to the Mistress, Master and sub/slave thread's and maybe join in some of the discussions. The only ones I might say beware of is Politics and Religion unless you like getting into some debates. 3- Use the search on this side ( little button up there on top ^^^^ on the right hand side) if you have some questions as they may have already been asked...or ask away. Please just watch the dates on the threads and do not respond to anything that is more than three months old....as the Mod's are not found of us doing so. You can always start a new one with your question. 4- I would also suggest a better picture of yourself, the half naked one will not draw many in to your profile. Never post nude pics.....women tend to dislike them. They like action pics of you doing things like maybe boating, skiing, things along those lines. Things you are into not related to D/s. 5- Check out ResidentSadist book list, its a great list and can help you get info on WIITWD or go to general BDSM thread and there is a good book list there as well. Its nice to have you join us here on the forums and hopefully you will stick around and join in on some of the discussions. Do beware some peeps are super kewl on this side and some not so kewl. Have a thick skin and you will do fine. Hope you enjoy your time here.

Hello Paean, welcome to the forums. I'm not sure why people feel the need to advise you or critique anything about you when you haven't suggested that you're having any problems or even brought any of that up... but not everyone will try to reshape you. Some of us like to see exactly what you have to say... good or bad. [:D] Personally, I don't mind a picture like you have. It's a hell of a lot better than a lot of them if you don't want to give a face shot! Enjoy!

Thank you for the warm welcome! Actually, I do appreciate getting advise. Getting a woman's attention on here is a daunting task. After-all, the numbers don't even come close to skewing in my favor. Due to my job, head pics are a no-no. I chose my picture based on what I saw others using. There is no way I would ever post a full nude picture on here. No matter how much attention it would get me! I still don't know how to put what I want into words, but I have time to figure it out. Heck it took me seven years to make my first forum post! All the best!

Hello, Welcome to CM and the forums... While it may be a daunting task or even a numbers game.....Nothing ventured,,, nothing gained......Be unique when contacting women, Read there profile find common interest (not the kink) Be honest show a genuine interest in the thing's they enjoy. That's just a start, Take some time read though the forums there's a wealth of information on contacting others and writing profile's... Of course Rasciallymisty advice was excellent as well.... Good luck in your quest... Most of all have fun and enjoy life......
