If you could spend one evening of conversation with someone, either historical or contemporary, who would you choose? Please don't name another CM member or your own Master/Dominant or your own sub/slave.

My choice would be Ralph Waldo Emerson.

Liz Taylor is my first thought, Shirley MacLaine would be second but equal.... prolly cuz I have read something each of them wrote lately

Ghengis Khan.  'cept that he summoned people to him, then proceeded to ignore them for a year or two due to his busy schedule.

Woo...tough one.  It's a tie between Mark Twain, Andrew Jackson {The Seventeenth President of the United States} and Richard Mellon Scaife. At this point, I don't know which one I'd choose.

Just conversation?

I would love to have shared an evening's walk with Jack The Ripper.
