I sometimes appear to My subs WITHOUT WEARING MAKEUP. That's pretty "real".

Finally...an honest woman.

I am not gullible!!

I really felt terrible after learning that Julie from Nigeria, who came to America 10 years ago and saved everything she earned cleaning lint from bellybuttons just to travel back to Nigeria so she could visit her family, one of which had a rare tropical brain cloud disease and could die at any moment. Julie had such terrible luck when she was robbed the day she got to Nigeria and the thieves stole everything she owned including several feminine sanitary napkins. If that wasn't bad enough, she crawled for 37 miles to the village where her family lived only to find out that her mother, father, her 17 1/2 brothers, 27 sisters, 2 cousins, their pet frog Herman and a very dear friend of Herman, a boll weevil affectionately known as Claire were tragically killed in an explosion at a factory where they manufactured itching powder and the tabs for soda cans. Destitute and with no one on God's earth to reach out to, Julie emailed me with her plight. As her tale of woe and desperation unfolded to me and her plea for just enough money so she could get to America once again because she forgot to tell her friend to water her plants... I ask you, how could you possibly turn this poor unfortunate woman away? Well fellow humans, I could not. I sent her everything I had as well as enough money so she could not only come back to America but so she could come to Pennsylvania where I live and be my wife. That was three years ago. Julie hasn't written back to me but I suspect that is because she has no access to the Internet as she is crawling back to America on her hands and knees in gratitude for my magnanimous generosity.

Shame on you for thinking that someone like that is only trying to bilk you for money!

.....and here I thought they never accepted checks. At least that is what I was told...moneygrams only. You must have really impressed somebody.

Haha well I see sarcasm irony and facetiousness :) seems like at least there is humour. My point was more that above all messages that you receive there are clear warnings for the unsuspecting victim or naive individual to see that you should not just give up your money so easily. I mean I am England and do have quite a lot of comedy based shows such as phone jacker that illustrate this perfectly. Well still nice to know there is an active community online with witty responses.

ShaharThorne -> RE: Is this site just for scammers? (7/25/2013 5:10:36 AM)

We usually deal with this on a daily basis. Alpha has it right...don't send funds.

As for me...I take Amazon gift cards...I got a Kindle to fill up...LOL!

What? Did you read this message(#25 on your thread) that says exactly what you say you wanted:

Point being, there are these warnings that you say you want that are on EVERY message. What else do you want? Someone to read them to you?

No flounce points for this thread. It doesn't mention the F Word. Ya gotta have "Everybody here is fake!" in a flounce thread.

Yes, you certainly have, it's a bloody disgrace, I'm never coming on this thread again, 48hrs is surely long enough to realise we're all fakes, timewasters & losers!

I'M V MAD!!!

Julie, from Nigeria.

slavekate80 -> RE: Is this site just for scammers? (7/26/2013 2:47:14 PM)

If I'm a bot, but my AI is so advanced that I think I'm real, does that count as being fake? Though I probably should have figured it out when I got Norton instead of Tamiflu last time I had a virus.

if (userFunds >= 10000) {
    userFunds = userFunds-1000;
    kateFunds = kateFunds+1000;
    }

In keeping with the spirit of the thread [:D], should't that be "All other messages are from losers"?

Okay...maybe it's just semantics but....sentences that follow normal grammatical operative sequences would be helpful.

Because I'm thinking when you went to the ATM, you sent for after the car but I knew more than what if someone had something interesting to write over the parking.

Celtico -> RE: Is this site just for scammers? (7/27/2013 1:11:20 AM)

Dear OP,
I too am new here, but I found out the perfect place to figure out who is real and who is just pretending to be real.

The dirty little secret nobody wants you to know lies right over here ......
