cloudboy -> Financial Domination / "Fin Dommes" -- What's Happening? (7/24/2013 4:42:14 PM)

Many threads have recycled this topic questioning the legitimacy of financial domination or voicing frustration about it. Without getting into opinions or judgements, my question is:

For practitioners of financial domination (from either end), what are the mechanics of the trade and practices between the partners? What exactly happens? Please describe a scene you participated in, or a relationship you maintained under this designation. Please describe what you have done. If you lack experience, what would you wish to do?

What typical limits do you draw? How do you negotiate what happens? After money has changed hands, have you ever experienced regret or remorse about what you did? Did you ever change your mind after a transaction and try to reverse it?

Every question that you just asked has been answered by multiple sources on this current thread that can be found here: http://www.collarchat.com/m_4224292/tm.htm

Why are you duplicating a current topic?

I don't see a match between my question and Roch's. Do you feel they are the same question? Would love to see specific posts from that thread that answer the direct questions posed in this thread. I never read that material.

Umm, maybe he's got a real slow connection, doesn't want to read through 67 pages of posts, so is hoping for the Readers Digest version?

There are 1300 specific posts that revolve around the topic. Just because I'm not going to go through the thread and find the responses for you to resolve your query doesn't mean they aren't there. If I were you, (since I've actually read the thread) I would specifically look for posts from TnDommeK and AllisonWilder.

Every member of the CMMB is aware that the original is not the only information provided. There is more than enough thread drift in the link that I referenced you that includes exactly what you asked here. If I didn't honestly believe the information was right under your nose, I wouldn't have said anything.

Mine and Allison Wilder's post specifically give detail of that. READ the thread. It's educational.

Please do not insert any more of your personal objections. This is a fresh question, thoughtfully framed. If you object to this thread or find it an affront to your sensibilities, then please refrain from coming to it. I am looking for fresh responses, not editorial comments. Please let the thread run its course.

TNDommeK -> RE: Financial Domination / "Fin Dommes" -- What's Happening? (7/24/2013 8:24:11 PM)

I'm not sure how its a fresh thread, if there is a perfectly good answer or answers on the link provided for you.

Please, either respond to the OP, or refrain from editorial comments. Post elsewhere if you don't want to contribute. That's your right.

TNDommeK -> RE: Financial Domination / "Fin Dommes" -- What's Happening? (7/24/2013 8:35:52 PM)

Yet you still didn't answer the question.

MasterCaneman -> RE: Financial Domination / "Fin Dommes" -- What's Happening? (7/24/2013 8:58:13 PM)

Aaannnd thread 1301 is off to a rousing start...What is it, like three started on one day? I'm runnin' outta popcorn here, people!

TNDommeK -> RE: Financial Domination / "Fin Dommes" -- What's Happening? (7/24/2013 9:30:42 PM)

Exactly. Thus the link posted to the best fin dome thread ever in life.

So basically, you want people to divulge in a public forum, what they negotiate in a private setting. Something that is at best a sensitive subject. Not to mention, unless The dominants in question file complete tax returns, including all receipts (I would love to be a fly on the wall during that exchange), detailed accounts of a cash only system could get one in trouble with the tax man. You really need to think yer questions through my friend...

You can't dictate what is posted, just because it's 'your' thread. Post on an emotive subject and you're going to get answers you don't like.

Maybe so, but posting to a thread merely to make fun of it or complain that it was ever started is just lame, as well as probably being off topic. (Which, of course, would make this post off topic too.)

On the other hand, if posting merely to complain about the OP is not off topic, then posting to complain about the posts complaining about the OP (as cloudboy does) must be okay as well.

Pam, you've just tied my brain in knots [:D]

Sorry, cloud, but this is not fresh. It is stale, almost copy pasta. Read the thread and you'll get your answers.

Actually he has every right to ask people to stay on topic. If people have a problem with yet another fin domme thread then it's very simple to go to another thread where you are interested in the topic. I doubt anyone is being forced to read this at gunpoint.

evesgrden -> RE: Financial Domination / "Fin Dommes" -- What's Happening? (7/25/2013 6:02:28 AM)

If you really want an answer, open your wallet.

Or go read books on the art of the deal, negotiations and so forth.

Do you really think someone is going to just freely discuss their negotiation strategies and private practices when it comes to business? Why on earth would someone want to make that public to their competition?

And by definition, if you want something from findomme, see my first comment.
