Guy tries to rob gun store with baseball bat Sheriff's deputies say Mosley walked into Discount Gun Sales on Southwest Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway around 4 p.m. Thursday with a bat in hand and smashed a display case... When sheriff's deputies arrived, they found Mosley on the floor being held at gunpoint by the manager. There's a Darwin Award in this guy's future. K.

FR This belongs in the humor section. T^T ETA, a good lawyer should get him off on the unlawful posession of a firearm because he hadn't left the store with it yet.

Y'know when I first saw the title I thought a guy was trying to shoot a bat that was flying around annoying him. T^T
