My current favorite is a spaghetti server. I file the tips when they get dull, but that is because I nearly draw blood when I use it.

What are your favorites implements?

I use a plain old bath brush-doesn't break the skin. Yeah, yeah, I know-softcore...

spaghetti server is great:) I have one in black melamine that Ive used on and off for years
I do use my rattan "real" back scratcher tho

I broke more than a few of the plastic ones before I got it
