How do we notify the admin staff when we have problems with the behavior of the website? I have two issues right now. I am getting far distant people popping up in my NEW LOCAL USERS. So I see people from 1000's of miles away. That's not "local users". I am in northern California. I am seeing some chick from Alabama today. And, my profile got mashed together with some guy's from Oklahoma, and the update profile category did not allow me to make all the necessary corrections. I am going with the flow. But I bet that collarme people would like to know, maybe/probably. Thanks, someone in the know. Mostly interested in getting the new local users thing to work better.

On the collarme side, there is a button to contact support. I believe it's at the bottom on the left, but it's been a while since I looked for it. Write to support and tell them what you wrote here, especially the part about the merged profiles. I don't know what to tell you about the search feature, since it works differently for those of us outside the US. Perhaps it's acting on the location information in the other profile? The mods on this side have no control over the other side unfortunately. Good luck. I hope you get it sorted out.

Did you list a zip code in your CM account info? I believe that's what triggers the new "local" users, and mine continues to work fine.

The support link is actually at the very, very bottom, below the last ad. There is a horizontal line of links "Advertising" "Stolen photos/DCMA" etc... one of them is "Support."

Fast Reply` It is correct that the distance is calculated from the zip code field, so depending on what you and the other user has listed as a zip code will decide who you see. Please write support about the other problem and it would be beneficial to include a screen print of the erroneous display.

The distance is not determined by the city and state the other person lists. It's determined by zip code. So if either of you entered an incorrect zip code, the distance between you could get miscalculated.
