I'm not sure I'm into them exactly, but I read recently about the goliath bird-eating tarantula and thought it was pretty cool.

No!

6 legs is the maximum anything should be allowed (except cute little isopods).

Scolopendra are even worse (tarantulas just get an ordinary No!, centipedes get a F&$* No!.

This is coming from a guy who's had pet roaches.

I might have been seven. Killing time in the back seat, flipping through a magazine. National Geographic. I read, "Overleaf : The Ogre Faced Orb Weaver." Hmm, said I, and flipped the page. Confronted then and there by a double page close-up of the Ogre Faced Orb Weavers' hairy smile, I did what seven year olds do, and damn near wrecked the car. About that, I'd just like to say this: My gun is at my brothers house. Don't make me ride 170 miles just to get a gun.
