Okay, will someone please let me in on the secret. What is with these phony Mistresses that say everything you want to hear, but conveniently don't have a webcam to verify, and they tell you to go to some BDSM website and build a profile and dedicate it to them? Are they getting some kind of kickback? Or could it be they actually work for the website and are just trying to get new people on the website? I hate wasting all that time talking and then we get to that point... "well if you really want to serve me, go to this website and build a profile and dedicate it to me. Then get the lowest cost membership". SHEEEEEEEEEEESH...

I have heard there might be fakes on this site. I would suggest you start a thread inviting discussion of fakes. It would be great if you would ask for people's views on financial domination too.

I do not have a webcam and will not. Pictures are only available after some converation and a determination is made that I have an actual interest in meeting the person in real life. I have a lifestyle and career which make discression extremely important for me. As for telling someone to join another site or spend money on memberships; I agree, that is not cool. People should be honest about what they want and what they are about. If someone told me I needed to join a site or spend money on a paid subscription before knowing them, I would know right away they are not worth my time. My time is valuable and I hate people wasting it. My advice, as soon as someone you don't know suggests getting a "membership," delete them and don't look back.

About the web cam verification thing...I flatly refuse. If someone wants to verify/see me, they can damn well meet up with me in person, either at a munch or at some place like McDonalds or Wendys. By talking wank fantasies up front, you're screening out the real women. The solution is easy. Engage them in vanilla conversation. Just like you would a real woman anyway. you hit the nail on the head in your journey entry slavenumber1 I get upset when I hear of a so called Domme on here demanding money or anything from just anyone. Hopefully the man is smart enough not to just send money to anyone. Sometimes they do once then they get bitter and confused. A sub/slave should find someone that they can trust with their whole being. Not seen it yet, but the vanilla world may be no different. There was a programme on TV at the start of the work about well known dating agencies using fake accounts to get people to join. They would send out emails saying these people are in your area and looking for love etc, using photos stolen from the net. AFAIK my photo hasnt been stolen... [8D]

Can you find a way to ask upfront if the person has it in mind to direct you to another site? Might save time. Also, you might not want to mention in your profile that you're into financial domination. Save that information for someone who has taken the trouble to get to know you.
