Treasure29 -> New losing weight idea? (8/1/2013 3:23:59 AM)

I know of someone that should loose 16 stone has anyone any good idea's for loosing the weight without using diet pills. I was thinking certain movements to help their weight loss would be a good way to have a girl masterbate watching him doing it as she would then know he was serious about wanting to loose it.Then when he had lost it besdie being able to flog, whip, slapthe girls ass. When he had lost the weight they could finally make love. It'd be great! Any idea's would love to be heard. Thanks xxxTreasurexxx

Log everything he eats. Work out his Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE- There are lots of online calculators to help with estimating this) and then eat about 20% less than that each day. Eat a varied diet with lots of fruit and veg, protein, healthy fats and complex carbohydrates. Take regular exercise.

16 stone is a huge amount of weight to lose - 224lbs. He should speak to a doctor about doing this safely because he's unlikely to be able to just go join an aerobics class.

I know that's not fun or sexy, but ultimately to lose weight and maintain at a healthy weight he needs to make a whole lifestyle change. Watching women masturbate won't burn calories, nor will it build muscle, improve cardiovascular health, teach him about proper nutrition or deal with any emotional issues that may have contributed to the weight gain.

Also, I don't really understand your solution. He exercises while she masturbates? And his reward is that she has sex with him when he loses 200lbs? Do you have a woman in mind who is up for this? Will she still be up for it in two years when he finally meets his goal? Will the promise of a shag be enough to get him through months and months of hard work?

Treasure29 -> RE: New losing weight idea? (8/1/2013 4:13:26 AM)

Ok she has told him that she won't be able to have sex with him when he is over weight as a) if he's the one on top of her he could actually break her bones./ If she is to actually be the one to kind of sit over his legs as he puts his dick in her you can tell it's quite difficult.

When she met him six years ago he was only fourteen stone very different to the size 28 that he is now. Yeah his doctor just said he needed to loose the weight. But his doctor is older and why he doesn't say what he sould do is beyond me.

Oh yes and I am this guys fiance, I've been with him for like nearly six years. I love him to bits we are engaged for over a year and a half. We really need to get a place together! His reward will be to have besides lost all that weight to have sex with his girlfriend, eh the normal way?

Your very strange, stop thinking "oh my god he's so overweight why doesn't she just dump him?" Well maybe I've got a big heart and I'm also extremly picky with guys. Any I have ever dated and since my fiance was slim when I met him. I'm not about to walk off on him, it's whats called having a genuine love for someone.

ChatteParfaitt -> RE: New losing weight idea? (8/1/2013 4:24:03 AM)

He should cut the weight lose games and try to determine why he's gained so much weight. Anyone who's gained two hundred pounds has a substantial issue.

A physical work up followed by a therapeutic assessment is in order.

So are you the girl that can't have sex with him now, or is this some kind of poly situation? I'm very confused by the way you have explained this story.

I am not thinking 'why doesn't she dump him?'. A person is more than their weight. I am not in any way questioning your love for him and I don't know what I said that made you think that.

I am however wondering why your support for his weight loss is focused so heavily on sex. The support of your partner can make a huge difference in weight loss. If you want to support him, help him log every bite than he eats and spot places he can easily cut calories in his diet. Commit to eating healthily and exercising yourself even if you are at a healthy weight. Don't bring junk into the house. Cheer his achievements, and remind him of why he is doing this when he has a bad day. Cook delicious low-cal meals. Don't focus on the negative ('I'm afraid you'll break my bones during sex') but look towards the positive ('I'm so proud of you making such big steps for your health').

I'm sure sex can help motivate someone who's not feeling in the mood to work out today. But this change he will have to make, it's forever. He can never go back to the lifestyle he has now. Unless he really, really wants to lose weight for his own sake, it's going to be a miserable journey and very hard to stick to.

A lot of GPs have almost no training in nutrition. See if he can get referred to a nutritionist for help. But as for what he needs to do to lose weight - the usual. Cut his calories down so he's eating less than he's burning.

^^This

Even weight loss surgery (which he would qualify for) is only a tool and the weight can be gained back easily if the head isn't fixed as well. No one gains over 200 extra lbs by having an extra helping of dessert and an extra beer every day. There is something more going on and he is using food to self-medicate.

DarkSteven -> RE: New losing weight idea? (8/1/2013 5:35:55 AM)

1. Your profile states that you are 5'11" and 308 and that he is 5'10" and 280. If that's correct, you're more overweight than he is.
2. If he gained 224 lbs, then he weighed 56 lbs when you met him. It sounds like you were both significantly overweight when you met and he's gotten much heavier since, and you have not updated the profile. So any female who read the profile would expect him to be 280 lbs when he's really 500 lbs.
3. You're his sub. This game about him "being able to spank you, etc." - he can order you to do it anyway.
4. Forget about cutesy games to provide motivation. You need to know two things - why medically has he piled on that much weight, and why has he not panicked about it and done something?

Note: After I wrote the above, I found that ChatteParfait said pretty much the same thing.

AthenaSurrenders -> RE: New losing weight idea? (8/1/2013 5:44:16 AM)

I wonder who the profile pictures are of, since that woman is clearly nowhere near 300lbs.

ChatteParfaitt -> RE: New losing weight idea? (8/1/2013 5:46:02 AM)

They joined in 2012. Did he gain 200 pounds since then?

Hard to tell who is the dom and who is the sub here. And of course, they're looking for a third.

For the OP: You both have significant weight issues, addressing that should be your prime goal in life (JMO).

Stop playing games and start doing something positive. A number of recent threads have addressed the issue, there's a start.

MrRodgers -> RE: New losing weight idea? (8/1/2013 5:59:05 AM)

There a few things that shall we say...categorically offer themselves as a startk contrast one that's enough for success.

First both of you, eliminate all red meat...seriously. We do not HAVE to eat any red meat but this is only for about a year. You can still eat fish and chicken. Eliminate all milk, adults need no milk at all.

No more sugar of any kind. No soda, candy, pasties, ice cream etc.

Limited walking exercises to start and just these few steps, your loses could be a lb. or more per day. Fast enough and about as many as you should lose.

imtempting -> RE: New losing weight idea? (8/1/2013 6:22:29 AM)

I won't judge like some others nor bother wasting time asking about profile pics.
Try aqua aerobics. It can be pretty full on and a good work out and next to no stress on limbs and joints.

A good website: http://www.c25k.com/ Couch to 5 kms.

AthenaSurrenders -> RE: New losing weight idea? (8/1/2013 6:27:12 AM)

Couch to 5k is awesome, it made all the difference for me. But... it may not be suitable for someone who is currently 200+lbs overweight because it is high impact and (relatively) strenuous. Unless he's already pretty active or has been given the go-ahead by the doctor of course.

Yea I thought that. I'm not sure if you guys have it in the USA but Aqua Aerobics is a good exercise.

Seems to me that that statement is pretty judgemental [:D]

Any idea's would love to be heard.

Eat less. Eat better. Exercise more.

Everything single diet and weight loss program out there is just some variation on these simple rules.

slavekate80 -> RE: New losing weight idea? (8/2/2013 12:43:00 PM)

Going to a doctor to get a medical workup done, to discover the root cause of the weight gain, would be the first thing I'd do. There's something going on, whether it's a medical metabolic problem, an eating disorder, or a combination of the two. Then treat the root cause. If it's psychological, get help, and do self-help as well where possible. If it's metabolic, it might require medication or other medical therapy.

I lost 50 pounds and kept them off for the last 15 years, and another 15 for the last 5 years, by reducing unnecessary carbs. Soda was the biggest culprit. Eliminating all sugared sodas and replacing them with water and the occasional diet soda as a treat was all it took to halt the weight gain. To lose weight, I had to cut out most refined flours, vastly reduce portion size and frequency of sweets, and make smarter choices especially for breakfast, like a vegetable omelet instead of cinnamon rolls or cereal. However, my obesity was only marginal (175+ is obese at my height and I was in the low 180s in my late teens) and almost purely the result of bad eating habits. Improving one's diet will help anyone's situation, but it may not be enough on its own for someone with underlying medical issues or other problems beyond having a bad healthy food : junk food ratio.

DesFIP -> RE: New losing weight idea? (8/4/2013 2:28:20 PM)

You're both morbidly obese. I doubt either of you are having the sex lives of your dreams.

Make a commitment to eat healthier and go for walks together. Lose a pound or half a pound a week and in a couple of years you won't recognize yourselves.

You must be gratified Kate. Proud of you from a distance. Not to even mention the boost in psyche.
Soda and bulk fruit juices are decimating human health. And there's soo much money behind them. One almost has to leap off the propaganda grid, to grasp that they're not right for hydration. (Unless diabetes is a purpose of hydration.)
Healthy and portion size . . . what more can be said?
Here's a great irony of our times. Municipalities spend kings ransoms on water treatment plants. But most of that water is not imbibed by humans. It's used for washing and irrigation. The US ingestion 'water supply' is heavily provided by the coke and pepsi corporations.
Children love to play with drinking fountains. But it's a lost art. They went away with lead pipes and interestingly, rarely came back once the alternative plumbing permitted.

LittleGirlHeart -> RE: New losing weight idea? (8/20/2013 11:00:02 PM)

I seriously doubt a man weighing 200 plus pounds could break a womans bones during sex. Unless maybe she has some kind of brittle bone disease, or other anomaly with her bones.

Good idea! My grandmother started doing that when she was in her 70s (she was obese and had arthritis), and she lost a bunch of weight and had more energy. So I'm sure it's gotta be very low-impact, but still good exercise.

Whatever he does, though, he's gotta be committed to it, and also to eating healthy.
