I am going to piss some people off.

I do not like Obama because he will not stand for what he says he believes in.

I do not despise the man, I find him disappointing.

That said, I can wish him a happy birthday. I have wished a happy birthday to people I hate with a blood passion, and meant it. It is the simple fact they have survived another year in health.

That said, look past your feelings for the man or what he stands for and see a fellow human being who is trying to do what he thinks is right.

I agree. I don't like him, nor do I dislike him. I just don't agree with his plans and ideas, and that's my prerogative. I like it when people bury the hatchet on my birthday, so I'll do the same here. It's a personal holiday and milestone, so no one should dump on it.
