THIS guy was able to send me a "CHAT" mail WITHOUT having a valid CM profile being active, so he said .. When I typed-on his "old" profile "handle-name" ( Mod edit to remove username ) a "no profile exists" response appeared ==> we then exchanged E-mails on Yahoo and this is what he said (copied) ==> " Making a girl/boy cry is what turns me on most, I am a sadist through and trough. Expect to be slapped, punched, beaten, fucked, face fucked, kept awake until you forget your name. I am EXTREME. an if you write again asking for more details I'm am blocking you and reporting you as spam for wasting my time." So - all I can recall from the "chat" session is that he said he was in Texas and I think the Dallas and/or Ft. Worth area .. He also sent some other E-mails on Yahoo that were VERY "FRIGHTENING" to say the least, so - please "beware" of this guy, just sharing here for the obvious safety & benefit of others here on the CM site :)- Sure, I've "blocked" a few people on here as scammers, liars & phonie "wanna-bee's", yet - THIS guy def. sounds like a sadistic screwball with at least "half" his screws missing .. bye all :)-

hey I really "tried" to "report" this guy but could NOT find a way to do-so when he does NOT have an "ACTIVE" profile that even exists on the CM site !! so -- REALLY this should be "corrected" on CM just as a MATTER OF SAFETY for ALL, since -- as it now stands CM inadvertently ALLOWS people to enter their web-site AND use the CHAT function that do NOT even have a valid & existing profile !! -- so - have some "insight" as NOT ALL existing & so-called "policies" on CM are "infallible"!! ==> meaning that they SHOULD BE RE-EXAMINED AND IMPROVED-UPON, WHEREAS "SHORT-SIGHTED" PEOPLE LIKE YOU are too stupid to realize this !! As - "SAFETY" should be a #1 concern !!

With respect MistressDarkArt - A great many "abductors" snatch their victims without punching, slapping or kicking them in the stomach. Perhaps this is more to the OPs liking. Of course those same abductors may shove a gun in his mouth, perhaps a knife at his throat or maybe a pair of pliers gripping that thing between his legs he's so proud of. Perhaps this type of abductor is what he seeks.

Anywho .. Just to be clear .. You gave this sadistic, psychopath your Yahoo ID so you can chat with him and you're upset because CM allows users to "hide" their profile yet still use the Chat function and send messages? Well I for one will use my limited influence to ensure that this injustice does not go unpunished. You have my word on it.

I've missed the CM boards. So good to be back.

You can't name names on here with anything negative about their profiles.
That's the rules.

CM is not responsible for your poor discretion, you are.
In general, if you want to be helpful, you can describe a situation and then give warning.

Your name and profile suggest that you have no filter.

Why should you get to choose who as their profile on hide and who does not?

If you are uncomfortable talking to someone with a hidden profile - stop talking to them!

And calling out DarkSteven because he reminded you of the rules you agreed to when you joined the site is really petty and unnecessary.

What seems to be extreme sadism to you would be perfect for someone else.
The person you encountered was up front about the hard edges of their sadism.
If they meet a willing partner who consents, then there is nothing wrong with that.

It would have been noteworthy had you not been informed.

From what you have written here, there really was nothing to report.

Do not be surprised if you choose an edgy name when you get edgier responses.

Yes it allows anyone to chat. Then it expects you, as an adult, to use common sense when interacting with anyone on the internet. No one is going to follow you around and make sure you only talk to "safe" people. You have to figure that out all on your own. From the op it sounds like the guy was very open about being extreme, so what's the problem. Move on to the next guy. Not a big deal.

So the complaint is... and forgive me if I am a bit foggy, I have not had ANY coffee yet... the complaint as best as I can see is that they chatted with you through the Collarme service and then you gave them your personal email address and this is when you freaked out?

So, maybe I am not understanding why, after the first "scary" email you did not block his email address from Yahoo? After all, and you can choose to believe this or not, Collarme is NOT THE INTERNET POLICE! They are not responsible for your communication outside of their website. I find it difficult to believe that you got scared and had no idea what to do... if you really didn't know what to do, then you should unplug from the Internet and learn some basic Internet safety guidelines and then come back when you feel that you can be reasonably safe. Don't blame Collarme for your own lack of understanding of email controls and the other ways to report someone... although he did tell you what he would do up front and it did not involve anything illegal so I doubt they would have done anything at all.

This concludes my post. Welcome to the message boards. You might want to wrap your junk in something fireproof... we are a wily bunch when we are not properly caffeinated.

What he thinks of as extreme sadism is mild compared to some of the sadists here.

And you wanting to blackball someone for being sadism isn't going to happen.
If that was allowed, then he would be allowed to blackball you for not being a real bottom. For being afraid of a little, mild sadism while claiming to want more.

Ok... why would someone with a name like AbductMe moan and bitch about some sadist they have never met? For the record, there are a wide variety of sadistic type and the person you mention is not even close to someone to watch out for.
If you are that worried about the talk some guy gives you, you should consider your nic and whether you need to change that.

I have to admit, I have never seen any value in sleep deprivation. Overtired people are mean tempered. They're also incompetent. Send them to make you a sandwich and they're likely to have the knife slip and need stitches.
