Ok ok,....he's right. I think he should win the lottery. But alas, he always fails. [&o]

It just gets harder and harder to trust him. [8D]

OK literally that made me laugh out loud.

From the way your thread sounds, it sounds as if you're bitter and angry over having met a lot of Doms that you're not compatible with. Until you get over that, you will continue to meet incompatible men.

I'm actually not a sub... or even a woman (and/or gay).

This isn't a complaint so much as a warning to others to be on the lookout for this "Dom".
Rumor has it that he likes to cuddle, and has been known to spend hours in the kitchen
baking macaroons, of all things! You have been warned!

.....pretty funny girl. Actually this kind is not that bad but when they pick up their violin, my god I am running for the hills in 5 minutes.

Come on... you are all human beings... with your needs and emotions... There must be times, when you just feel frustrated or annoyed or whatever? It's not really a bad thing... it just happens... to everyone...

It doesn't have to be negative... maybe there are some things that you find funny? Absurd? Silly? Anything? What do you think...

Is there not even "I wish my dom did more of...", etc?

That's a conversation that happens between he and I, not on a forum.

Again, airing dirty laundry for ALL to see is a bad practice, and can actually make a small problem into a GIANT one. When it's a relationship it REALLY should remain between a sub and their Dominant. If a submissive doesn't feel comfortable discussing discomforts or disatisfactions with their own Dominant, there is a HUGE PROBLEM. You should be able to talk to your Dominant about ANYTHING.

Then how are they supposed to seek some objective opinions or advice from others, especially if they say no? Besides isn't that a bit hypocritical, given all the advice that you've given on this forum, when others complained or sought advice or just wanted to talk about their relationship?

Well, not just Doms, but, I generally dislike it (mildly) when a new participant to the forums begins starting posts, but has no profile on the other side for me to know just a bit more about them.

Sorry about not having a profile... I'm not really "looking for" anyone... I just signed up so I could check the forums. You could say that I'm new to BDSM, but not really that new. I'm just curious. I still haven't figured out how subs think, and I think I want to know more. I think that BDSM is more of a sub thing, because to be honest, I don't really understand some of it.

But as has been pointed out, your question is far too general. Worse then asking about complaints about dogs or cats. If you are new in any way, it is possible that in seeking somebody you may think about and wish to know if there may be certain characteristics that are displayed by all doms...there isn't.

As Freud informed about people years ago...do not get hung up on the small details.

Dom's love dancing fruit, especially multicolored bananas. The more the merrier.

My complaint about Doms are that they're too lazy to allow people to call them by their full names. Domovoi, Domitan, and Dominique are all fine, strong names.

Weak, I know, but it's ridiculous to have this here.

I know what you mean man, there really is no such thing...as a 'dom.' I like Dom Perignon myself.

You do realize that all submissives don't undergo a standardized mind reprogramming once they begin identifying as submissive, right? Each submissive is going to have his or her own unique thought process and belief system. Generalizations aren't going to help you understand a specific person.

Yea, and I think it's long since time that those stragglers get their asses over here and go through Mr. Rodger's indoctrination.

There's a post...subs. Subs just don't know what is truly good for them...geez.

The thing i would chang about Master is to take away his back pain so he feels better.

Matt's littleone

DesFIP -> RE: Complaints about doms (8/10/2013 2:42:04 PM)

I don't know about all doms. I wish The Man wouldn't leave socks everywhere. At least I've gotten him to stop sticking them under furniture. Now if they would stop accumulating in the car, my work would be done. Or at least a lot easier.

replace sub and woman with whatever you are. The view still is the same.

allnewtome -> RE: Complaints about doms (8/22/2013 11:39:17 AM)

You seem to be forgetting that subs are actually people. We don't all think or feel the same. That is what makes us unique, just like every other human being. We don't think a specific way "just because we are subs" We are not something that can be studied. The only thing we share is that we identify as being submissive "to our particular person/Dom" Even that is individual to each of us.

How would you feel if your "partner" listed your faults on a public forum. I doubt you would like it, yet you expect others to do it, so you can "study" us. If we have a problem in our relationship, we talk to the other person in that relationship. That is what grown ups do. If we can't do that then we are probably in the wrong relationship. That goes for Doms, subs, boyfriends, girlfriends etc etc

But since you asked so nicely:

He ate faaaaar to much chocolate. Not he will live longer [:D]

Oh and he never wins the lottery either [:(] The shame[&:]

Greta75 -> RE: Complaints about doms (8/22/2013 6:43:48 PM)

Lol, one of my main complaint about doms in general is that they like to proclaim they are the real deal and others are fake if they "this and that". And how their own "doming skills" are far more superior, in that vein of things.

I don't know if whenever a dom says that, should it be an alarm bell? It's like they are not respectful of different kinks other doms may have.

It depends. If they are slamming other's KINKS than yes, might be an alarm bell.
If they are slamming the CRIMINAL ABUSE that other "dominants" act out upon the non-consenting subs who put their trust in them, then no. In fact they might be the ones you should LISTEN to.

chatterbox24 -> RE: Complaints about doms (8/24/2013 5:14:34 AM)

I had about a zillion complaints.

But now thinking back it had to be like training a very stubborn monkey.[:D]

You can teach a monkey to mimic sign language, but how long does it take it to get the true concept of the mimic?

Poor Chap, had it a lot worse then I.
