Its true. Because I have a friend in Alaska- the pipes freeze all the time- and it costs alot of money.

You were right, if he was a teenaged girl I'd think he had a crush on me.
Actually he was going on about the number of times they shot the guy who called them and pulled a knife on the cops when they arrived.
He has to find excuses to call people stupid, it is the only thing that props up his self esteem.

Virtually everyone cares.
They used what they were told was the least harmful tool they had.
Death by taser means one of three things.
A Drug use by the dead person.

few threads on this board are about other countries in the world so talking about someone in Africa doesn't make sense when the thread is about the US..

The kid was warned. He had done this before. He knew he wasnt supposed to destroy other people property- he did it anyway. He then evaded and disobeyed the cops. He had no right to harm others property and instill fear in the public space. His action destroy- it is a process which destroys a community- the victim is the community- which is robbed of its peaceful enjoyment of their property.

Cops used the least amount of force- tazers are less the lethal force.

Every time I see grapitti- I think how can someone destroy the community. It is not fair and it is not right.
