Pyramus -> Tryin to find the name of a kink film I saw as a wee lad long long ago (8/9/2013 5:01:10 PM)

I'm trying to figure out the name of a kink-centric film, based on a single scene, that I saw as a child.
A very long time ago, when I was probably in 7th or 8th grade, we neighborhood boys learned to sneak into a exit doors of a local adult theater and, I remember, seeing a scene in the film that preceded The Clockwork Orange. The film in front of Stanley Kubrick's film had a naked woman torture scene which is indelibly imprinted upon my memory, ever since that fateful day.
In that scene, as I recall, the young naked lady, bound and writhing helplessly on what may have been an operating table, had hornets (wasps?) placed on her squirming body, in little upturned glass goblets, as they stung her, particularly in all her fully exposed sensitive spots, for purposes unknown to me now.
An old buddy and I were reminiscing about how we used to sneak in to the movie theater, when we both said that scene in and of itself was imprinted upon our minds, forever.
But we can't, for the life of us, find out the name of that film. Any ideas?
Googling like crazy, we can find film indexes, but not the film itself.
