It's a personal preference. Some will take a virgin girl, some won't. Some prefer them, and some prefer more experienced girls. Some don't care either way. It's a matter of personal taste.
I was a complete virgin when my Master and I got together, and I have still only been with him. He and I both like that I was only ever "his." He enjoyed "training" me to please him sexually, knowing I was all his, only belonging to him... It's something that is endearing to us about our relationship.
I may not have known exactly what I liked, but I knew generally what sort of thing I was interested in/turned me on, and I was more than willing to let him lead and try things with him; our sexuality grew together. Most of all, I wanted to please him, and so I learned to like things that he liked, and developed personal tastes based on our experiences together, etc.
