In short the forced birth fanatics want the city of Wichita to close the city's sole clinic that provides abortions because it attracts gun violence. That is the forced birth terrorists can't keep themselves from shooting at people who work at or patronize this clinic so they want the clinic closed.

ye gods

Moonhead -> RE: Forced birthers reach for a new low (8/14/2013 1:07:37 PM)

Do they have a stand your ground law in Wichita?
Maybe the retarded cunts can try to get the clinic workers struck off if they shoot back...

These people are flakes. They don't stand a chance. And anyway, you call everyone who doesn't share your views a "forced birther". So it's kinda like slamming "Christians" with posts about Fred Phelps. But I'm glad you found something to feel contemptuously righteous about. I especially liked the line about how they can't keep themselves from shooting people.

The very definition of chutzpah.

Who causes all the violence associated with women's health clinics? The forced birth movement.
Has this specific clinic known violence because of forced birthers? 1 murder, 1 attempted murder, 1 major arson and numerous lesser crimes.
Is the argument being made by this forced birth group that they might get violent if the clinic is not closed? Yes.
quote:

Gietzen also blamed the clinic’s own staff, saying that the security guards had refused to cooperate with the protesters as Tillers’ had, tipping each other off about major gatherings. And Gietzen charged that an escort—tasked with protecting women en route to the clinic—had been “harassing” the protesters, including “making babies cry” and knocking down signs.

And then he issued what sounded a lot like a threat. “Even a well-meaning dog will bite at some point in time if you keep antagonizing it,” Gietzen said.

Asked what he meant by that, Gietzen said, ”We have this concealed carry thing where half the people in Kansas are walking around with firearms.”

“The way this guy acts, I’m afraid that someone’s going to shoot him,” Gietzen continued, referring to the escort. “He’s asking for it. I don’t want for that to happen…It’s not good for the cause.”

from the op link.

Now why exactly should I be nice when referring to bloodthirsty murdering terrorists?

pahunkboy -> RE: Forced birthers reach for a new low (8/14/2013 3:14:06 PM)

I dont see the logic of this.

It makes no sense.

Contemptuously righteous < Thats funny given the tone of your post. I suspect Ken has twisted it and the pro choice movement are causing the problems outside clinics. [8|]

I don't like Gietzen, and I'm not going to defend him. But referring to people who haven't killed anybody as "bloodthirsty murdering terrorists" is over the top, and no different in kind from referring to Muslims who haven't killed anybody as "bloodthirsty murdering terrorists".

Odd how the logic changes depending on which whore you're pimping.

So if someone in Afghanistan is only making and burying an IED, he isn't a bloodthirsty murdering terrorist because he hasn't succeeded yet?

Maybe you should change that to "hasn't attempted or contributed to the effort to kill someone"

Oh ferchrissake, follow the exchange. Ken argued, "Who causes all the violence associated with women's health clinics? The forced birth movement," pointed out that the people in the story here are "forced birthers," and asked "why exactly should I be nice when referring to bloodthirsty murdering terrorists?"

If someone in Afghanistan makes an IED and kills somebody, does that make all Afghans bloody murdering terrorists?

Only the ones who hide him, feed him, support him, get materiel for him, raise money for him, lie to the local police force about his whereabouts, raise poppies to finance the activities....

Seriously, everyone who contributes to that asshole is a terrorist.

Not all of them but a damn sight more of them than in your post where you said.

" different in kind from referring to Muslims who haven't killed anybody as "bloodthirsty murdering terrorists". "

Bloodthirsty murdering terrorists include those who support the efforts of those who actually plan or attempt to kill.
That would include a large percentage of the members of that so-called Kansas Coalition for Life as Gietzen has already issued veiled threats.

I daresay that if you went by percentages, a much lower percentage of Muslim Afghanis are terrorists than members of that group.

I think the analogy is good enough to hold. Ken refers to pro-lifers as "forced birthers," and slanders "forced birthers" as bloodthirsty murdering terrorists. What proportion of the 45% of Amercians who are pro-life aid and abet murder?

Are they donating to the hard core right to life groups?

During "The troubles" as they called it in Northern Ireland, know where a lot of the money came from that paid for weapons that were used to kill women and children?
The good old US of A.
Those people were aiding and abetting terrorists just like that part of the 45% who contribute to the militant RTL groups.

What Right-to-Life groups advocate murder and engage in armed insurrection? How big are they? What are their budgets? I'll join you in condemning them in the strongest possible terms, if you'll agree on dialing-back the wholesale slander of everyone who believes that abortion is wrong.

Wrong. I'd call anyone who supported any terrorist group "bloodthirsty murdering terrorists" whether they are Operation Rescue or the Taliban.

Operation rescue, The Christian Identity Movement, Army of God, Prayer and Action News (publication), Montana Freemen, The Lambs of Christ

All of these groups have harbored "religious assassins".
