I found this interesting. I was unaware that any standards had been established concerning "impairment" due to m/j and just what constitutes "public"? "driving under the influence of pot is illegal, and that — festivals aside — public use is illegal."

well.. I don't think the festival has the correct title.. its about pot (which will get you high), not hemp (which wont get you high and gives you a bad headache if you are dumb enough to try [:D])

Catching a buzz and having a cop come up to me and hand me a bag of Doritos? It is a fantasy I dare not dream of. If the cop also gave me a Mountain Dew, my head would explode. Just for the hell of it.
