Hmmmmm.... Maybe the guy is on to something.

In fact... it might not only make Public Housing safer, it might be the answer to voter ID issues.

Damn. Bloomberg can't cut a break! Why can't everyone just look at him and his policies and love him like the Big Brother they never knew they needed...

I am generally against speed cameras, red light cameras, cameras the read license plates, etc but this seems as a reasoned response to a serious public safety issue.

I also see no reason why it could not be employed in voting.

My issue with New York- is it can not and will never be a one sized fits all model for the country.

What works in a big city- may or may not work in a small town.

FR

for shit sake, think people, look where this is going.

There is no solution through mechanical means. Someone simply uses their fingerprint to let the others in. Meantime this will grow and come right back to bite you all in the asses and we can all sit here and cry how intrusive the gub has become when its our damn fault.

So then what barge in with police shooting anything or anyone who jumps out of fear or surprise.

I have a better idea. Obama guns! We need to give them obama-guns and some of that homeland security ammo and let em have their ok corral and police themselves.

The function of govt is to make rules- if they did not- we would have anarchy. I do not want that. In Chicago they tore those places down and shipped those people to the suburbs. This was a terrible idea.
