Never heard of it. If it's a Mistress/male sub relationship, I suppose it could be a fee for every time he comes.

I see it on some profiles. I think it means if you cum without permission you are charged extra.

Never heard of it, though it could just be a fancy phrase for punishment for cumming without permission.

Or I suppose something that will happen if you choose to cum - e.g. "Each time you choose to cumyou will rack up three strokes of the cane as taxes due to your Master/Mistress"
