Dear Mr. Putin;
I may have discovered a solution to your predicament with the world which of course wants your power. Tell me when that wasn't so and I'll come up with some tall tales meself.
This shit with the Gays. From what I understand it is against the law for the public to support it publicly. Your law says something like "advocate non-traditional sex" and shit like that right ? That means signs and things like that.
Simple solution, take out the words "non-tradsitional". In other words no sexual shit in public at all. I know this will bother some people who operate the advertising business because sex sells, but you know who they are and keep an eye on them of course. No big thing. This will also offend those who want rampant births in your country, of children who will be raised by children. You do not yet have that Vlad, and when you do there is a hell of a time getting the fuck rid of it, ask the US.
Yes, I NOW your people are wannabe fagbashers. YES I KNOW that they are phobic about it and never ever want their kids near it. Why ? Are they that unconfident in their values ? Yes, but even so we will have to understand this, AND THAT THIS IS THEIR COUNTRY. That's what the fuck tolerance means, as long as you change that word.
That doesn't make them bad people and as people in the US DO NOT UNDERSTAND, your government, which is derided badly in western media for all it's worth, is more responsive to the want and need of your people than that of the US by far. You, along with Europe have learned not to oppress. You have learned that the hand of benevolent leadership is firmer than any tyrants' and Sir Putin, you and I both know who the fuck they are. The tyrants. You found them in the banks not so long ago. Surely you remember.

Our President, by decree, can change or make "law". You up and say to take the term non-comventional out of that law and you will be more deserving of a Nobel prize than Obama ever could hope to be.
I mean Obama's Nobel prize should be pulled for him not refusing it. And that is NOT BULLSHIT. Read the rules for getting one.
