If I were aiming to make a discrete collar, I'd make it myself. I make jewelry from dictionaries and resin on double-sided pieces of metal, right? So on one side I'd have something innocuous and inspirational, and on the other side, something like "owned" or "slave" and the wearer could wear it with the inspiring side out but knowwwwwwww that on the other side was the truth, and for kinky events could wear that side up. :D That's what I would do.
Anklets are a good idea if you're not a viable jewelry sort of person, but, how would you feel about something like a hair clip or tie, or a piercing somewhere? I also saw for boot-wearers at one point, metal tabs to put onto bootstraps with a word on them. They'd probably work for any lace up shoes. There's tons of options if you just want something as a reminder for you. Then there's always the brands, tattoos, and other permanent marking options for non-jewelry.
