Gender issues didn't get Cpl. Klinger out of Korea. Won't get Manning out of Leavenworth.

Klinger did not have gender issuse he had "I don't want to be in the army issues"

Status: offline 		I wonder why Bush and Cheney aren't being prosecuted for violating 18 USC 371, in that they lied to congress about Iraq and thus through their conspiracy deprived Congress of their lawful role in oversight?

The war crimes which Manning revealed wouldn't have been committed if Bush didn't commit his crime first.

Of course, if you believe that The Privileged shouldn't be subject to The Law, then you would disagree...

Since they figured out no-one will protest in the streets if you don't draft poor people, and stopped doing that, no-one gives a shit how many soldiers die since they're ALL volunteers...

Apparently his attorney doesn't agree and I figure he would know better than either of us.

Status: offline 		Inmate Manning's (see how easy it is to sidestep the gender-preference pronoun bullshit?) term of imprisonment, and any possible parole will be under military rules, rather than the federal "no parole" system.
