Who the fuck is she gonna bury? build- to construct, in some ways a direct counter point to "inter" so by my reasoning, she has essentially cancelled out the first word, so she is saying absolutely nothing. The real message is "steal with the queens own hands." steal=theft queens=plural of queen, unless she meant queen's for the possessive... so the message is essentially the double talk usually used by politicians to avoid actually saying anything. I suspect we are dealing with a drag queen politician.
