i heard this term mentioned the other day and got told to google it

well i havent had much luck discerning its meaning from googling

so... i wonder if you guys could help me out and let me know what it means to you

or any experience you have had with it, whether you are dom or sub

Could mean allsorts; punishment by withholding sex, cbt/chastity, manipulation of sexual energy (tantric pleasure), disciplining ones own actions during sex (e.g. Focus more on your partners pleasure and withold from seeking your own)

Am sure there's more possibilities but that's what springs to mind

There's also using sex as discipline - things that come to mind are forcing multiple orgasms or pegging until either activity is... less than pleasant. Giving someone the thing they want until they REALLY don't want it any more can be very effective.

As discipline, mind you, which in my mind means reinforcing the dynamic and inspiring a certain mindset. I haven't found it effective as punishment.

Who told you to Google it? If it was a Dominant, this is definitely cheating and I'm telling...

As for the question... I dunno what whoever was using it meant or what people in general might mean, but I would interpret it to mean not letting your sexual desire overcome your logic. Men especially can have a hard time not sticking their penis in any hole that presents itself. That would be poor sexual discipline IMO.

Hell it could even be interpreted as being hit on breasts and vulva.

Tell whoever told you to google it that unfortunately his definition isn't showing up on google and he needs to get the word out there more.
