Ok I gotta say, I cheated on y'all. I went on another forum. A nilla one...
And OH MY GOD!

First, the topics there were so fucked up. Racism was rampant there, a million fat threads..I mean it was a circus. And that was just the general section.

So in closing, I wanna say how grateful I am to be able to have actual intelligent convos with you guys. I mean I really couldnt fathom some of the dumb shit I was reading. Even the people that come in here and troll have better intelligence than those people. And the sad thing is they were over the age of 30. Reason I say this is bc I expect that after a certain age, it's time to grow up, and act accordingly. I mean there were 55 year old women name calling and cat fighting.
There was not enough popcorn.

LOL and isn't it sad when supposed mature adults act as bad as teenagers. And I cheated a few times myself, but after all the sitting back and reading the drama I had to step away and get some bleach for my eyes.

I go there at times as well... mostly because I can meet real people there which in reality I can't so much over here except on rare occasions when I travel abroad. I think I'm one of two people in the entire country that posts on CM (and sadly the other person doesn't want to meet me.)Over there, because of the specialized groups, there are a number of opportunities to meet people in real life. There's a thriving community here in Korea BECAUSE of FL. I have to support that... or go back to how it was a few years ago where the only way to meet people was one on one from profiles you searched through... and that's quite a crap shoot. *shudders*

Thanks, TN, for reminding us of how special Collarchat can be. The support I've gotten here during my medical adventures this year has been an incalculable blessing.

I pop over to FL now and then, but it hasn't hasn't grabbed me the same way. I like to view FL and CM as complements rather than competitors.

See? I've been telling people for years that this forum is nothing compared to others I've been on. Most are much worse than here. It's one of the reasons I think modding is just stupid. People survive just fine without it.
