it was the only car , outside of the one we were to fat for that was 7 k when we were hunting. it was take that one or go home empty handed. Now, i know you don't believe me, but that's fine.

Now, again, fix your reading that's twice you've failed to correctly comprehend ( or you read between the lines and assumed something(what was said and are pulling untrue shit out of your ass.. the first was you claiming our loan is now default and my dad is pissed and our loan is not in default it is 100 percent to this day current and paid on time and it has been since day 1. And no my dad is not pissed about the state of the loan with carmax . And now you're saying i ignored advice to go get the car looked at. Both times I wanted to get the cars looked at, and both times he said no. Nobody told us to go get it looked at, but it did seem like a good thing to do and I, backed down when he said no. i don't want take all the extra time to take it to a mechanic.

I wanted to get it checked out . James did not want to.

Then maybe you can explain why you chose such an expensive SUV, from a known rip-off dealership, and, chose the sporty (even more expensive) model??

I told James no I want to take it to a mechanic and have them look it over and James said no, I don't want to,
So... you rejected good advice about getting it checked out. Bad move.
Anyone with half a brain cell (or common sense) would know you get things checked out.

It's very difficult to cry foul when you can't be bothered to do your due diligence.

If you can barely afford the car, what would have happened to the car payments if the car had been a turd and spent a lot of time at the repair center? The payments would have been skipped to repair the car. Which would have damaged your father's credit. You should have at least stood up for your father's interest in this transaction.

Oh i know i backed down and i shouldn't have. I am not good at standing up to him. I not crying fowl on that. but freedom can not say I was the one who didn't want to get it checked out because that's not true.

My dad covers any expenses for the car we can not cover, and we eventually pay him back when we could. in fact all our debt to my dad had finally been paid off , and then the POS from the neighbor had a ton of shit wrong with ti again.
