I appreciate the warnings on safety, which is why I wouldn't play with someone who isn't into this and have a fit mid-section. When fit, the abs can be very strong and more than adequately protect from some impact play with no visible or invisible lasting damage. As I am in the closet with my fetish, anything leaving long-term or permanent marks on me would be out of the question...

I definitely agree that a prolonged and intense session could be dangerous, but that is not what I would want anyway. Incorporating this type of activity in moderation with teasing and other games would be amazing!

It's one of those things that the sensation is so different on different parts of the body. I love it on my shoulders on the back. In very different ways, I love it on my breasts. As long as it isn't making someone eat disgusting things - like - boiled okra, or paua fritters, or or pickled pigs feet................................

that would definitely be belly punishment.

How did your neck hold out with the face hitting? Were you sore later?

I found being punched very assaulting (duh lol), but very intense and erotic. I was bruised for over a week.

I wouldn't exactly call it common but over the years I have known a few people that were very into belly busting. From what I have seen in men it is more often about pain and what they can stand up to. Where with some women it had more to do with humiliation. Examples of each would be.... I used to know a 52 year old ex Marine that liked to have his belly whipped with barbed wire while he lifted a heavy weight (to see how long it would take him to drop it) The whole time I would tell him he was strong and to not drop the weight. On the other side there was a younger girl once that would that I would slap in the tummy and pull on her skin until it was red and bruised. I would tell her she was fat and needed to work out more (I know it sounds mean but it was what she wanted) I would normally do it before she went to workout. She said it inspired her to try harder.
I have to admit I enjoy it more when done to man than a woman. A well built man (peon is a pretty good example) is more fun because if the person ends up bleeding you get little trails of blood that follow the muscles.

I've done belly punishment before and it hurt's after awhile. Belly/abs punishment is just that. It's where a Dom/me stand's there and inflict pain on to the "victim's" stomach and abs. Some people really love this fetish, I do not. Repeated blow's to the stomach take their toll.
