Why must it be incumbent on someone else to compile an exhaustive list of terms for you when we don't know what you already know?

Here's the latest new ones:

Don't.

The old one's were pretty much...."we wish you wouldn't"....but those have largely been rescinded and.....pretty much everyone is now going with "don't".
