ORIGINAL: Darkfeather Service is more of a mentality than an actual "act". So in that regard you can more than function in any way you and the one you serve agree on. It can be as simple as phrasing, or tasks that you can easily perform. As long as both of you agree on what you service is, then that is what will work Great post. Certainly in my own sense of what it means to "serve" this is correct. Yes, in various contexts over the years I've had people serving me online in various ways. Usually that's because it's someone I came to like and there was some reason I wanted to help them... mentoring a new sub... helping a friend with some life issues... whatever. Once it was simply because I became friends with a sub from here and we got to talking a lot and... well... she's sub and I'm dom. It was never "service" the way that the Carol (my wife) serves me but that ought to be obvious. But I personally count any sort of obedience as service and I am both honored and flattered by it (from subs I respect). Genuine respect from someone I respect is always deeply humbling and flattering.
