Never Wet

I'm sure some of you remember Scotch Guard. Well it seems that technology has taken that to a whole new level. It looks pretty cool too. I can see all kinds of applications. Check it out.

I need this! Well, I really want it. I'm sure I could find a use for it, but just looks fun to test.

Besides being great for the canvass, I'm going to try it on the boat prop.

This does look cool but it has some pretty mixed reviews. I've heard it leaves a cloudy gummy film and that it isn't that effective on fabrics, or electronics (which is a shame since that's what the demo shows). I'd do some reading before trusting it to protect something I cared about.

On the other hand, I saw someone make some pretty cool outdoor art by stenciling with it on paving stones to make a picture which only shows up in the rain. I really like that idea.

If people applied it to dishtowels, the towels would not get wet! [8D]

Swimming trunks! The problem with swimming trunks is that they get soggy when used. This would prevent soggy swimming trunks.

Bicycle saddles! How permanent is this stuff?

Boats! Especially submarine boats. Cars. They would not rust anymore.
