The bigger the nipple, the more area the claimp has to hold on to. I have never seen this done but I did see two people use meat hook to connect each other (can't remember what body part they used, I think it was the back) and then play tug of war. It was very intense. They also did a suspension demo that night.

Status: offline 		I have quite large nipples and it actually makes it harder to get nipple clamps to fit and to stay on. They need to be really tight to stay on for any length of time. Did I mention I'm a masochist who adores clover clamps?

Why do it with clamps when one can use fishhooks?

Talk about incentivizing the winner

I've found this to be true as well. Nasty, sharp, cutty edges. We wanted just pressure, so my guy cut the bottoms off two foam ear plugs and glued them to the pinchy part. Voila! Or...'wala', as they say on Craiglist.
