Status: offline 		No, it is not possible without being officially certified through the Department of Fish and Wildlife. You have to fill out a 22 page application with the cougar department. Be warned though, the backlog of applications waiting to be processed is monumental.

That said, your profile is oriented completely to play and not to relationships. Why not just go to play parties local to you?
