When I made the first post that was all I knew about the age of the study. Why would you assume a radical change? Other than because you want to? Do you have a more recent study that shows that armed citizens suddenly started shooting everyone but the bad guys, of course not.

I noticed in previous post that spell check may have some hickups If in the time since the study was done the % of police shooting bystanders was cut in half and the % of armed citizens shooting bystanders doubled it would still be safer to be a bystander if a civilian was doing the shooting.
