The moon is made of green cheese. Everyone knows that. Cheese is not reflective therefore cheese will not kill vampires.

There are millions of deadly vampire ions in sunlight. These ions are absorbed by the moon and not reflected in moonlight. This is why the moonlight is safe. Of course it also means that vampires will never be able to visit the moon but I guess that's not too high a price to pay for the ability to wander around at night.

Moonlight is only a fraction of the sun's output. Most of the UV (and other wavelengths) that cause vampires to messily explode in Blade films are not reflected back by the moon.

Not that there is a connection (at least to the non-english speaking Yanks amongst us) but does it strike you as serindipitous that your name is Moonhead and you are posting about the moon, when you reflect upon it?

I really hate to bust the myth of the moon is made of cheese thing, but I think there were a bunch of guys back in the last century that went there and did not find cheese, they found all kinds of other stuff, but not cheese.

Now I have heard that they found all the socks that go missing in dryers proving every dryer comes standard with a sock eating wormhole that deposits the odd sock on the moon. They also found Hoffa's grave, fight 19 and the corner stone to the white house.
