TheLilSquaw -> Picture deleted (9/17/2013 9:41:31 AM)

I received a message on the other side from Collarme Support stating a picture was being removed because it did not meet community standards. I couldn't reply to that email because there was no reply button. So I emailed Support through the Support button and asked for clarification since the picture deleted was a picture of my feet with honey being drizzled on them.

The response I got was, there are a lot of support members and if i think it was deleted in error to re-post it.

Sounds simple enough but that doesn't answer my question about why it didn't meet community standards and if I simply re-post it couldn't my profile simply go POOF? Lol

Perhaps someone here could give me a clue about what community standards feet w/ honey on them don't meet since the person I spoke with in support couldn't answer me.

Thanks!

Huh. I don't know exactly what the standards are and where the lines are drawn, but I do remember that photo and I can't think of any reason why it would have been removed. There was nothing in it which could have been mistaken for an underage person or any genitals. Do you think people are reporting it because they think it's stolen? Do you have it up on any of your other sites that could be causing confusion?

I've posted in on sites like FL and places of that nature but if it was about them doubting it was my picture wouldn't they say that?

To state it doesn't meet community standards baffles me.

I checked with Support who wanted me to pass along the following:

We do have humans reviewing the pictures and occasionally a misclick occurs. A supervisor has reviewed the photo and the rejection has been reversed. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

If you have any more questions, please write to Support.

Best,

Chi

Sounds reasonable to me. Someone made a mistake and the pic is actually okay. I like this better communication with staff. Things seem to be improving over the last few months that I have been reading and posting more. Kudos to staff!

Thank you Chi,

That is what I thought happened at first and that is why I contacted Support but their answer only confused me even more. I didn't want to repeat a "violation" if it was truly a violation of some sort.

If you would have blowed me, I could have told you all that without the drama.

Think next time.

This reminds me one time of a picture I had posted of myself on FB. One day I get an email saying it was yanked for being a picture of my naked breasts....eeeerr....it was a picture of me wearing shorts with my legs bent and my bare knees up towards my chest. Breasts, knees....look exactly the same huh?

Apparently some people need glasses. [:D]
