I love the meerkats but has anyone noticed they're all a tad bit....scatterbrained? Like the time the teenagers took one of the little babies out to play then forgot they had him? Or when Yousarian convinced everyone to move the babies, then Flower came home and they got moved back but one baby got left behind.[:(] I love the show though. It's Tivo'd every Friday.

yeah they are scatterbrained but i figured out why... there are studies that show that you cant think when you are in fear, that fear stresses the system and you cant concentrate, also did you know we are incapable of listening after the speaker reaches certain decibles and that there is a direct corrolation to decibles and ability to comprehend what is said?? kewl stuff... but i digress meercats live in fear, they are prey animals....think that coupled with thier tiny brain makes them a lil scatted brained.

That makes perfect sense. They must be nervous all the time what with all the birds and everything else wanting them for a meal. So the nerves coupled with always wanting to eat leaves for little room in their tiny brains for anything else. But they're sooooo damn cute.
