ORIGINAL: thompsonx You fail to see ignore the risks being undertaken. With a korportion there is no risk. Why is it the government's job to remove the risk from the free enterprise system? Isn't that called socialism? Do your own homework. I'm not your dictionary. Why is it the govts job to remove risk from free enterprise? Is that one of those enumerated powers that you wont tell us about? Incorporating doesn't alleviate all risk. The business can still fail. The business can make a faulty product and be lost. Incorporating prevents the business owner from losing everything he or she has. So they do not have to be personally responsible which you say is what you believe in. Kinda of a dichotomy ehh??? Not at all. They are still going to lose their business, aren't they? So, they are still taking a risk that others aren't taking.
