ORIGINAL: DsBound You are clearly a worshiper of the state... as a follower of austrian economics, this is insanity. Correction, following Austrian economics is insane. After 30 odd years of it with everything going to hell in a hand basket and the rich essentially owning everything now how much more proof is needed that the Austrians are wrong? 30 odd years of following Austrian Economics?!? What country do you live in?!?!? LMMFAO!!! The one where idiot Republicans believed that by throwing money at the rich they'd hire other people at living wages and the rest of that supply side, libertarian stupidity straight out of the Austrian school. You have a fundamental misunderstanding of Austrian Economics, Ken. Maybe you should read up on it some. You might be surprised at what you find. Maybe you should. It did not start out as a bunch of ignorant libertarians. That ridiculous nonsense is only since the 1970's when the completely defunct and discredited theories were resurrected by a bunch of imbecilic libertarians. -Yawn- Are pejorative terms really necessary? They weren't discredited. They were disagreed with. Keyne's was discredited by the Austrians, but nm that. Wrong. The Austrian School was discredited and abandoned. It, in totality, does not model reality although some elements of the original school were accurate. It was resurrected by a bunch of idiot libertarians who argue for such stupidity as bringing back the gold standard. Keynes has not been discredited, as a matter of fact this slow crawl of a recovery further proves him right.
