Proclaiming the benefits of the NWO, or the glory of the Illuminati comes later. The 1st stage is the compulsion to start threads on the internet.

I've already started my "jlf" log book to track his upcoming posting habits but it really would have helped if they had tagged him.

Shit! Did I say that out loud?

I see you've gotten your "flu" shot too.

My doctor recommends waiting til closer to Halloween to get the shot. I shall watch this thread to see if anyone goes stark raving mad from this years dose-lol.

Well I seem to be behaving in my usual fashion, road rage (if the speed limit is 75, and you do not exceed 50, get the fuck off the road moron,)

Standard patience (look lady, there is fucking bar codes, scan the damn shit and quit talking to the customer about godddamn Paul Anka, who ever the fuck he is,)

Still have my discerning taste in music (spitting into the mic to make strange noises is not music,)

Same even temperament (talk to me before I have had at least two cups of coffee, you are going to eat the fucking chair, my two wolf hybrids howling sounds more like music than that shit.)

Same nice demeanor when woke up at night (look mother fucker, if I have told you once that there is no Ricky here, dont call back six more times and ask for Ricky, I dont know a Ricky, I dont want to know a Ricky at 3 fucking AM, and if he shows up to get your call, he is gonna get punched in the mouth.)

Same political leanings ( I dont give a fuck if you are a Republican or Democrat, both sides are fucking up this country, so shut the fuck up already and work together to fix the problem or I am going to dose the DC water supply with super strong laxatives so you can get rid of the shit that is fucking up your brains.)

The same kindhearted feelings towards animals (I dont care if you think cooking meat to put on the dog food is stupid, my dogs are better people than most humans, even if they do decide that running through the house at 5 in the morning)

My eating habits are the same, a chili and cheese omelet with salsa and toast is a healthy breakfast. In fact salsa is an accepted condiment. Deal with it.

Finally, I seem to be just as accepting of Kera and Blu waking me up at 6 to go outside as I have always been. Granted, I would prefer them to gently shake me by the shoulder rather than try to lick my beard off my face, but it is all good.

And yes, I still want to knock some sense into my son's head for dumping his wife and kid for an 18 year old girl that looks as if she fell from the ugly tree and hit every damn branch on the way down. The unibrow does not look good on anyone.

And finally, Harvey has assured me there has been no change in me what so ever.

ShaharThorne -> RE: To disprove the foil hat crowd, I once more have become a test subject. (9/28/2013 5:55:16 AM)

At least they are not tearing a bra up like one husky did on me...the man was so apologetic...

Harvey is always telling me to do bad stuff. I wouldn't listen to his opinions.

So the hysterical and histrionic anti vaccine whiners in tinfoil hats on here have already been infected then?
[:D]

I am pretty sure we have all be infected now.

If I start writing love letters to RS or DS, that means they gave me something different.

The only reason why I wouldn't get the flu shot is because I have a ridiculously strong immune system and I haven't had the flu in more than a decade. That's the only reason why I would resent mandatory flu shots at work, because, "why? I don't catch the flu anyway, give the shot to somebody who needs it."

Not meaning any disrespect or insult, but a friend of mine made nearly the same comment last year. Between October and January he had the flu, pneumonia, strep throat and ended it with a rather bad case of mono.

I have known this guy since he was born 34 years ago and he had never had so much as a cold. He eats healthy, exercises, the whole bit.

My point, never, and I mean never tempt the disease fates with a statement like that.

MrRodgers -> RE: To disprove the foil hat crowd, I once more have become a test subject. (9/29/2013 8:46:30 AM)

No, we understand. It's just now much more likely you'll get the flu. If you don't...you are lucky. I hadn't had the flu but once in my entire life. Then I got flu shot. I got the flu. The flu has been around for how long and man has survived it how long ? I don't like meds...any meds.

Maybe a fortnight if you're lucky, with one of the nasty strains.

jlf1961 -> RE: To disprove the foil hat crowd, I once more have become a test subject. (9/30/2013 8:39:35 AM)

Truth be told, since the army, I have had the flu one time, when I lived in Western North Carolina. That year I had the flu and four bouts of pneumonia.

It has only been the past couple of years that I bothered with a shot, one because of my nephew, and two I seem to fall into one of the risk groups.
