AliceInUndieLand -> Body Waxing .. ? (9/27/2013 11:38:28 AM)
Hi all...
I'm a submissive transvestite ... and as part of my femme persona - I like to keep nice and smooth... and have had a couple of "all over body waxes"... Trouble is - I tend to get lots of nasty ingrowing hairs afterwards - and some unsightly spots... not very ladylike ! Any suggestions anybody .. ?
Thanks
Alice x

Regular exfoliation can minimize ingrown hairs, as can using products like TendSkin immediately after waxing.

Good grief... "exfoliation" isn't that bit effeminate... ? - folk will be thinking I'm a pooftah ... :-/

Exfoliating helps remove the dead skin that can form over the hair stubble. When I was into Femdoming, I shaved my subs genitalia and a few days later have to pluck out any stray hairs. Enough to drive anyone crazy.
For me, I use Nair only on my armpits and legs...I am a carrier for MRSA and any cut can cause an infection. for my pubic hair, I just trim up with a pair of scissors.

Exfoliation to help keep the skin from growing over there, thus ingrown hair. There is also "BumpStopper"... After a while, your skin "learns"? And hey, a bit of shaving never hurt anybody... mostly.
*eta* I can't believe I know this.
