I've used this site for awhile now and do so without spending a penny to reap its benefits.
So when I visited the annual Signy awards homepage, I was happy to see an award for best free website AND collarme.com is one of the many options. (I'm not familiar with the signy awards so this could very well not be a "new" award but it was nonetheless nice to see what's being contested.)
Collarme gets my vote. Finally I can send a "thank you" in the form of greater exposure.
So go vote for your favorite sites, favorite models, riggers, artists, photographers, etc!
