I'd put a pic up jus so they can see what they are getting. However, it's words that women scrutinize you over, not so much your looks. If you put enough substance in your profile, you'll have a greater chance for a connection.

OK. gotta remove all the good stuff. Some folks wrote to me and said they gave the wrong impression anyway. Starting over ... (I wish I could just put up a face pic, but I can't, not in my profession, anyway).

I read your profile and it's nicely written.
You may not feel comfortable showing your face, but a silhouette, or even a portion of you may be an idea you can live with.
