It's so hard to reply to this without garnering a gold letter. Okay, here's all I think I can say without a scolding. Yes, it happens. Google "human trafficking" and you should get a good idea of where and when it happens. In my past experience, at the club and bars I worked in, we'd get the same request at least once a month. Usually it was someone we pegged as an undercover trolling for a 'sexy' bust, but there were others who were dead serious about it. Without writing a novella, it makes the Scene look bad, because of the connotations it implies.
It's a bitchin' fantasy, but that's all it can ever be. Never backpedal, especially here, and not on a subject like this. Done right, and with the right bunch of people, they can be a helluva lot of fun and can provide a genuine boon to someone in need. One charity auction I worked at paid for some kid's kidney transplant in one night.
What I believe you were originally asking for isn't fun and provides nothing except to the perpetrators. Not slamming you, but when someone asks this, it tends to get conflated with the goings-on of the rest of the Scene. Stick around for a bit, and after the inevitable tongue-lashings, there'll be posters who will direct you to venues that may satisfy your desire for this kind of scene. I have to admit, it's one of my favorite fantasies too. But you gotta know where the lines are drawn on something like this, especially now that everything online is subject to official scrutiny at some level.
On the plus side, this also has the potential to become an epic thread, if just for the title alone. [;)]
