Ylvis - The Fox (What does the Fox say?)

Just uploaded last month and already over 86 million views. Like the humorous Gangnam Style by Psy, this is bound to break records and has a lot of viral appeal. Review threads like what elder's react and kids react are already into millions of views. Like Gangnam Style there are dance moves that will show up in flash mobs and fuel the viral spread even further. If this doesn't end up as one of the bigger viral hits I'll be surprised.

Ylvis is a comedy duo that host a Norwegian talk show and recently appeared on Ellen. The fox video was a spoof promotion for the 3rd seasons of their show (see Ellen clip for back story).

ETA: I looked up some of their stuff and realized I saw them last year in their series of talking elevator gags. Here they are doing a bathroom gag with Ellen.

ETA2: In case you wondered, those sounds he made in the video are really what foxes sound like. What The Fox ACTUALLY Says!

So, I watched this when you posted it. Had a few laughs. Was very thankful you posted the last paragraph, which I read after watching it. The entire time I kept thinking "there's no way this is real."

Then, today, I hear my kids singing it. They had watched it at a friend's house.

And tonight, I have been singing it in my head. All night. Over and over.

It's hilarious and those guys are adorable.

I actually know what foxes sound like we have them
out in the country where my family has land. That and
I'm a sometime vixen myself.
