~FR~ A year or two back I was having trouble with my profile here on collarchat. It wouldn't let me log in, so while the problems were being sorted behind the scenes I created a sock account. It was very obviously a sock, and I even told people in my profile that it was a second account because of problems with my main account. Anyhow, it came up on the 'fresh meat' rolling list of fap. I got a message from some dude telling me that he'd heard others saying that my profile was a fake. I immediately felt some fun coming on [:D] Horn-dogs don't tend to bother reading profiles. (Actually, I think the constant masturbation has affected their eyesight - yeah, the old wives' tales are true - and they skipped over the text completely.) I spent a fun couple of days playing the naive newbie while the dude tried to convince me that I needed to get on cam and get my kit off. He eventually got frustrated, so I started to get the nasty messages from 'other' dudes, all with the same abuse of punctuation and inability to spell simple words...like my username [:D] I started playing one profile off against the other, to the point that the OP had to switch accounts so quickly to respond to me that he kept forgetting who he was supposed to be. It was possibly my most amusing sunday afternoon on collarchat ever!

FR I'm relatively new, and while I've not had any threads about me (yet, lol) I've been called a fake a few times by message. Surely if I was a fake, I would have chosen pics of some random size 0 model to entice people with my beautiful fakery, rather than the pics of the real size 32 Me? shrugs The ones who think I'm/your fake aren't worth bothering with.

There was no thread about you. And all the 'other people' sending you messages? All sock puppets for the first guy who wanted you to cam naked for him. What's going on is that you're on the new users list and will be till a month after you joined the site. So all the guys trolling for fresh meat are coming across you. Many new users hide their profile for 30 days to avoid this. You can still come on the boards if you're hidden, you can write to other people and they can reply to you, but you won't show up in the list of new users on the other side. Just a suggestion.

The place to find somebody local to you is in your local BDSM community. The best way to find your local community, go to your FetLife profile can click on the link just below your screen name that says, "Charleston". Scroll down to "Upcoming Events" in Charleston and go to as many of them which appeal to you that you can. For your age, I would recommend particularly that you try TNG events.

All of these messages were extremely helpful. really. I feel a lot better about the situation I never had this issue when I was using Fetlife. Everyone there was very attractive, and there were more people from my area :/ I just thought I'd give something new a try, and I got whacked with the worst of the internet.

Glad to hear it, Erin. Collarme has a few features, such as displaying newly joined members and a very effective search engine, that make it easy for wankers to identify sub women, and hassle them. The plus side is that we have some pretty nifty forums here.
