Lovely article at the spectator.

For being the annointed one who was going to stop the seas from rising
(by putting americans out of work), the master orator, the man with the brilliant re-election campaign in all 57 states..... he's really not that clever.

FR
I'm curious, if he's so dumb how did he destroy two GOP candidates? How did he build a campaign organization that will be the standard for national campaigns from now on? How did such a dumb guy get to be the President of the Harvard Law Review? Does anyone really think Sidley & Austin hires idiots?

That is one biased article. Long on approbation, short on backup. Of course, we're seeing a less active role for MAmerica on the world stage. W's act of invading two countries was not sustainable.

The author fails to evaluate whether Obama's approach - increased use of drones and SEAL surgical strikes - is creating a different impression than simply invading. It seems to be decimating Al Qaeda but surprisingly is less liked by the world stage than simple invasion.

A totally bias, lame and laughable article. Where to start with the silliness that the OP has once more presented here.

If President Obama was as 'incompetent' as this article slams him; how is it he removed the mastermind of 9/11 with 1/1000th the funding of President Bush?

And then there is healthcare for all. The Republicans had plenty of time in the six years they held the White House and Congress to create a decent health care system for us lowly Americans. They failed to accomplish anything useful. Democrats had just two years and past a decent healthcare system. The healthcare.gov site is not the Administration's fault but the company hired for the government job. Many liberals have read the ACA since the bill became law, with a tiny fraction of conservatives doing the same. I know, reading is a tough thing for conservatives to do. Thinking for one self is also tough; fortunately there's FOX News to tell you how to think.

An on financial matters, the President has done a pretty damn good job. He's had to deal with conservatives who REALLY DO WANT TO FUCK THE NATION UP. You want to talk about destroying the country by design? Republicans couldn't lower the budget, so they cut taxes creating a deficit that has plagued this nation ever since. Adding huge amounts of money onto our national debt and forcing it to rise year after year. The budget was balanced in 1999 and a deficit emerged in 2000; what changed? Republicans got hold of the White House! They even sent the nation to war in two different countries. And that added another $4 trillion in costs to the national debt. All the while we are told by the 'fiscal conservatives' in the nation that costs are under control. Yet, these same 'fiscal conservatives' keep slamming the President over events THEY HELP TO CREATE! The grand majority of economists agree that to fix the current problem would take the following actions: A ) Reduce the budget by a portioned amount over a period of two or three years. B ) Raise taxes or simple eliminate the Bush era tax cuts (pick your poison). C ) The budget will create a surplus to which the whole of it will be applied towards lowering the US Debt. D ) We hire individuals to the House that have a D&D stat of 14+ in their intelligence AND wisdom slots.

From the Article, page 3:

"While the most anti-American president in American history might not be too unhappy at the downward spiral of his nation’s international standing and economic strength, it is not by his design but rather a result of the sad accident of having (twice) elected a naïve, petulant, self-obsessed non-leader."

While the author was consciously trying to slam the current president, he ended up slamming President G. W. Bush. The author hates the President Obama for not one decent reason; and it shows in his article. Even worst, he'll place Republicans in the best possible light and Democrats in the worst; maybe he moonlights as one of those 'experts' on FOX News? Yes, the President has made a few mistakes, and I've been mad about them. The difference between Bush and Obama is the first hide away from explaining his actions; the other gives a long lecture on why with supporting information. I might disagree with Obama on things, but at least I understood WHY he was doing them. Conservatives slam President Obama for explaining himself and his actions while giving a blank check to former President G. W. Bush to fuck up the nation.

What is laughable is that two universally known un-clever drooling motherfuckers are judging anothers cleverness in print, right there where we can see them. It is at least as much buffoonery as teabaggers lecturing us in facts.
