60 New scientific studies showing that

a). The warming of the oceans is slowing down.
b). The oceans have been warming for over 100 years.
c). The fastest warming in the ocean occured in the 50's
d). Its currently like .001 degrees per year.

you know .. from such denier sites as Scripps (one of the preeminient oceanographic research institutes.
You should also look at their lovely graphs on the predicted

artic ice predictions, anartic ice predictions, global temperatures.. and the actual ones.

Oh - and the final laugh of course was.. Al Gore's statement that if we didn't reverse global warming that the earth would not be human inhabitable by 2015.

Two years to go. Wanna make any bets, libs?

I dont know, teabaggers aren't paying bills these days, they aren't high on my full faith and credit list, and would not therefore bet with them.

I see you 600 new studies that say those 60 studies are wrong.

Come on, do you REALLY think the OP will give a non-bias site that shows the information? That the information has been tested under peer review scrutiny? We both understand how science works. So we know when a site is 'full of it' and when the information is 'legit'. And it has nothing to do with a political view on the world. There is no grand conspiracy at work here.

Just who is Al Gore and his cronies anyway ? Is he just a handy politician/turned climate worrier as rent-seeking punching bag. I much more fear the climate destroyers otherwise know as the capitalist/corporatist profiteers who will trash you, your neighborhood, the oceans and the air...to make a dime.

My guess is for the same reason "flammable" and "inflammable" mean the same thing.

Well since my original link has gone missing - here is the first.
https://scripps.ucsd.edu/news/1858

also:
“Global warming which has been the subject of so many discussions in recent years, may give way to global cooling. According to scientists from the Pulkovo Observatory in St.Petersburg, solar activity is waning, so the average yearly temperature will begin to decline as well. Scientists from Britain and the US chime in saying that forecasts for global cooling are far from groundless.”

That report quoted Yuri Nagovitsyn of the Pulkovo Observatory saying, “Evidently, solar activity is on the decrease. The 11-year cycle doesn’t bring about considerable climate change – only 1-2%. The impact of the 200-year cycle is greater – up to 50%. In this respect, we could be in for a cooling period that lasts 200-250 years.” In other words, another Little Ice Age.

And : The original link was better but these will have to do.
Christopher Booker explained in The Sunday Telegraph on April 27, 2013,

“Here in Britain, where we had our fifth freezing winter in a row, the Central England Temperature record – according to an expert analysis on the US science blog Watts Up With That – shows that in this century, average winter temperatures have dropped by 1.45C, more than twice as much as their rise between 1850 and 1999, and twice as much as the entire net rise in global temperatures recorded in the 20th century.”

More than a dozen of my threads were pulled for only having factual references.
Apparently posting links to research without commentary is a violation of collarme tos.

<bullshit deleted>

How precisely is a study confirming that the oceans are in fact warming throughout the recorded part of the global warming period a disproof of global warming? No quotes from dumbass deniers. You explain it.

And has been for the entire time I have been here. The factual reference portion which is probably typical mendacity being neither here nor there, there is no TOS violation for stupidity in and of itself.

The interesting thing about the OP is that it is not showing that warming isn't happening, it is only purporting that warming is slow.

Even the most ardent climate change denialists don't claim that things aren't warmer, they claim that it is 'slowing', 'stalled' or 'lessened.

Seriously, folks. Growing seasons are longer throughout the temperate zones.

What matters is that he's a noted Democrat, which allows the deniers to present it all as a party political issue. You know, there's Dem science and Rep science, and only your party's science is true.

Same as in Stalin's Russia you weren't allowed to believe in evolution because it was "capitalist science," or in pre-War Germany you couldn't support Relativity or quantum theory because they were "Jewish science." So under Republican administrations you could have been fired for advocating AGW because it's Democratic science.

For ten years or more deniers have been claiming that warming was caused by increased solar activity. Now they're using a drop in solar activity as evidence??

And yes, every source on climate change will tell you that one of the predicted consequences is colder weather in the UK, due to the Gulf Stream breakdown. That's why it's called climate change.

We're still waiting for a quote that actually supports your position.

OMG, you mean it's not enough that all the world's climatologists, naturalists, meteorologists, oceanographers and geographers, not to mention NASA, are all in on the conspiracy, now the farmers are in on it too?

How does Gore manage to pay so many people to lie?
