Spend at least an hour every day working on a practical skill that you think would be desirable in a partner. Nothing to do with sex. Maybe you learn to cook. Maybe you learn new cleaning techniques, start growing a herb garden, practice a musical instrument or take an online course in bookkeeping. You won't be able to perfect anything in this time, but self improvement is valuable in a sub.

After you've done all this, I'd like another post here explaining what you've learned this week and whether you think you have benefited.
